The Space:

Upon arrival at holiday home Casa Diva you immediately enter the spacious living room with adjacent open kitchen. This is perfectly equipped with everything you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal with family or friends. You will find a dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the enclosed courtyard garden. This is equipped with a cosy corner with dining table. To finish it off completely, you can use the available sauna during your stay.



On the 1st floor of the house you can already find 3 bedrooms. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 cosy designed bunk beds in wood. It is an instant cosy atmosphere. Bed linen is also provided. This floor also has a spacious bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and double sink. There is a separate toilet and an additional shower room in the hallway.



As soon as you proceed to the 2nd floor you will also discover 2 bedrooms here; one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Also on this floor you will find a spacious bathroom with double sink and shower. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
