Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Hip bath. Heating. View of the city. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, no lift.
