Top séjour ! Ce week-end le check-in se faisait au Mercure à qqes mètres, où Stefaan et Saïd ont été très professionnels et accueillants ! Les chambres de cet ibis Budget sont agréables et très bien pensées. Super localisation walking distance de tout (gare, commerces, plage)...

My second stay there and not the last! Super location, everything walkable (beach, shops, restaurants, train station...) Super friendly staff, clean and convenient rooms with nice lights and bathroom. Will definitely stay there again!

Het hotel is niet meer wat het was… een pak duurder geworden maar de service sterk verminderd. Inchecken moet gebeuren in hotel Mercure, er is niemand aan de balie. De lakens roken zeer onfris, wat slapen niet aangenaam maakt. Veel stof onder het bed! Het ontbijt is absoluut niet covid safe!! Veel te veel volk in een veel te kleine ruimte!!! Iedereen neemt alles met de handen aan het buffet want er ligt maar 1 grijptang. Teleurstellende ervaring, ben beter gewend van Ibis!

The hotel and room were more than OK; the location was very good and close to shops and the beach. The only negative point was the fact that you could get only 1 small sandwich for breakfast; I asked for a second one, but did not get it. Very strange.

Particularly good for public transport access
Very helpful staff; good location next to rail/tram/bus/taxi interchange; rooms very clean and comfortable; corridors not quite so clean and smart; very good value; double bed against wall would be nuisance for a couple who need to get up to go to the loo in the night, climbing over each other.

good internet breakfast for the price not worth it no parking or even a discount for parking as there is plenty of parking in the car garage right next store at $22 a day. Location not bad train station right there 10 minute walk from the boardwalk with lots of restaurants

A fingernail cutting on the bathroom floor. Also the bathroom light was movement sensitive and after a couple of minutes in the shower the light goes off! Breakfast is quite basic but is pretty much what you would expect in a budget hotel in Belgium.

It was cramped for 3 people, you cannot even swing a cat in the room. My children and I couldn't wait to leave. Staff do the bare minimum and are not really interested in giving you the best stay or helping with queries. Breakfast is okay but not worth 10 euros per person. I will not be returnign or recommending to anyone. I will also pay attention to the room sizes. I think this hotel is very badly designed and rooms are show horned in and have a very poor layout.

Unfriendly staff, incorrect information
I had made the reservation for my family and friends. Carefully looked for hotel friendly dogs, and it said so in the hotel description from Hotels.com when I booked. As we arrived we were informed that the hotel did not accept dogs. The staff was very arrogant and did not help at all with any options. I had to look for another option and had to pay an extra night in another hotel.

This modern hotel is located right next to the train station. The rooms are small, though the layout is quite smart if you're staying for 1-2 nights.

Good value for money
Pleasantly surprised. Although budget, it exceeded expectations. Rooms were reasonably well equipped, clean and in immaculate condition. Location was good, check in was painless and reception service was very good. Service at breakfast was a little non-existent- I was asked for my room number 3 times as the lady member of staff obviously kept forgetting me. Choice of foid was also a bit limited and the set up created a bottleneck when it got busy. All in all though a positive experience and good value for money.

Good location.
Room was small and what you paid for, but was very new and neat. The staff could be a little more helpful on the parking situation. Hotel location is very good for visiting Blankenberge. Overall the stay was good!

Great value hotel conveniently located for the train which is a single stop from Bruge for €4.60 return. Rooms are cleverly designed to make them feel more spacious than they are and the bathrooms are great. The facilities are all modern and useful, lots of usb ports and tv in almost every language too. Comfortable beds , dark even in the morning and quiet. Parking is expensive as is breakfast so we did so elsewhere so great value overall.

Nice hotel, small but comfortable room. Right off the metro station, Brugee station is the next stop which is a 10 mins train ride. Highly recommmend staying here to save money!

A great location with just a short walk into the town centre for this new hotel. Triple glazing meant the position on quite a busy road didn't disrupt our sleep. For a budget hotel, the room was spacious, but not hanging enough space for clothes for more than an overnight stay. If you're driving, take care not to be caught out with the description - self parking means you will need to find your own parking, the car park next door is €20 for 24 hours and seems to be about the cheapest in the area, an extra expense we weren't expecting. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you'll need to take your own or drink coffee out of a machine.

Room supposed to be ready at 3pm and finally at 5pm we got our room. Walked into room and it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. Wasn’t allowed to use the pool until check in and by then it was too late. We missed a lot of our festival too. Really bad. Avoid
