Nice studio near the beach

Beautifully furnished studio in a building on the Seawall. The studio is located at the back of the building, allowing you to enjoy plenty of sunshine on the terrace. The dining area is connected to an open kitchen, fully equipped with all necessities. There is a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. This studio is ideal for a getaway to the sea with two people. Perfectly located within walking distance to stores and restaurants, the beach, the marina and downtown. Wifi: yes - Parking: not included - Sheets: bring your own - Towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
