The hotel was very well maintained and super clean one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in the Uk, the staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating they kept our luggage as we planned a hike and the breakfast was lovely too. We hadn’t had the time to use the spa facilities or anything else. We would recommend this hotel as everything is super close and convenient. Thank you to all the staff

Mountain View from room, room was tidy and ideal. However location is on a very narrow country road. The breakfast wasn’t warm the following morning, took too many orders at once and only one staff member so delays were experienced.

No help in luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs - no lift in our wing. Never shown around the property or spa. No a/c. Heat and towel warmer off for entire hotel. WiFi ..."
