"We had a lodge that was half way around the lake. There was a parking space right outside and the lodge had a clear view of the lake The kitchen & shower room seemed to be new. It was very clean and had a separate 2nd WC aswell as the main shower room. There are childrens play facillities on site aswell as a bar and restaurant. I felt the bar & restaurant could do with a facelift, but it might be in the pipeline as there are some renovations being done according to a sign at reception. Pine Lake is well placed for visiting a lot of places in the area and I would definitely come here again."

"Although the Imperial is not a modern hotel and I realise it must be very hard to keep these hotels up to standard for the modern customer the hotel are doing a fine job considering the people they have to deal with. As requested by Email I filled out the arrival form before I left home with my details thinking it would be a quick check in, The lady at the desk when we reached it took all are details exactly as I Emailed . My point is why ask to check in on line if they then ask for the same details at the hotel . maybe it would cut down the queues on check in if a area could be provided at busy check in time around three o'clock. I did use the express check out box on leaving."
