We had an excellent stay. All of the staff we spoke to were super friendly and polite. The room was lovely, and the staff had gone to the extra effort to decorate for my partners birthday, which was a really nice surprise for him. We enjoyed using the spa, the bar and the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect base for exploring the local area, and somewhere we could come back and relax in the evenings. All for a very reasonable rate, would stay again.

Staff very courteous. All rooms clean and warm. Excellent evening meals. So-so breakfast. Need for overhead shaver lighting in bathroom. Unable to clearly see to shave. Special thanks to maintenance for speedy repair of plumbing fittings under bathroom sink. Disappointment on one day wait for replacement hairdryer. Communication problems between reception and housekeeping?

Staff were excellent , room was spacious and clean, food was divine albeit on the pricey side, but then you would expect that from such good food, this also means the drink prices are also on the high side. You have to pay for the Pool, but the Gym is within the room charge.

Stayed here many times before but was extremely disappointed this time . The room we were given we was pleased at the size but it was freezing cold and was given an extra heather which helped . Then there was no hot water to shower so we were moved . Really frustrating when you are only there one night and have to repack again .
