The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother

Can’t speak highly enough about The Drey! The staff were so kind and welcoming and I was even able to check in a couple hours early. As a solo woman travelling I felt very safe with the online key card and overall vibe of the hotel. The room was clean and perfect for one person (I booked the Snug room). Location is fantastic, just a stones throw from Earl’s Court Station. There’s also plenty of coffee shops and food shops around to grab anything you need. Very pleased with my stay and made my first trip to London in over a decade a very happy one ◡̈ thank you so much to everyone at The Drey.

Staff anticipated our every need. Beautiful hotel. Nice bar. Great location

There was a very nice person at the front desk for check in and who also helped to try and find the heater switch. Room was so very small and the bed placed right by the wall and window. Could not tuck in the duvet and it kept falling off. Radiator not accessible, staff tried to help but fortunately it got warmer so did not need it the second day. Underground station is very close and there is a wide diverse variety of restaurants close to the hotel Can hear the underground trains from the room, but not too bothersome. Creaky stairs outside my room I think too expensive for this size room and I am sure the larger rooms are more comfortable
