"We really loved our stay. It’s probably not for everyone, but we very much prefer the cozy size of the property and laid back atmosphere. If you are worried about walking across the street to beach, don’t!!! The crossing guard is always there and it’s a quicker walk than most big resorts to get to the beach. We can’t say enough about the staff, they were phenomenal. Bartenders-Cash, Nadine and Gerald. Wait Staff-Christine, Claudette, Jason, Tamika and Francois. Beach crew-Kevon and Jovaine. Chef-Kenroy. I can’t remember all the wonderful people but that is a few. Paul at the Piano Bar was definitely a highlight! The beach staff always helped you get chairs, tables and towels right away, and they would remember our names. The beach is wonderful, and the water is clear and calm. Yes, there were some things that weren't perfect-our ceiling fan didn’t work, but we really didn’t care and the air conditioning kept us very comfortable. The food was good, especially at Lotus Leaf. The whole staff tried to accommodate any requests and help was quick and easy to get, if needed. We will definitely visit again. Bless Up! "

"Property: Clean, well maintained, ample amenities, modern. Staff: Friendly, very attentive, well trained. Beach view: Beach front property with private access to wonderful beach. Extremely perfect for ocean bath. Flat for about quarter of a mile. Food: Great quality and variety in the buffet serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 4 restaurants, 1 cafe, 3 bars, 1 hut, and a 24 hour snack bar. "

"I have stayed here several times and loved it every time. With this stay, I had a great time. But upon check in, the room I booked was not available despite me emailing a couple weeks prior to arrival to confirm my booking. We were "upgraded" which was not an upgrade. We booked a 2 bed room and was given 2 rooms with king bed. This was not an upgrade in that my nephew (18 yo) then had to share a bed with his grandmother. With our original booking he would have had his own bed. We were offered to change rooms a couple days into our vacation, but it was too much hassle to repack and change rooms. "

"The property is very lovely and comfortable and best of all right on the beach. It is Just steps to the beach with views of the water from both floors. Denver the chef is excellent, and the property has all the amenities, including a lovely pool with the view of the ocean only steps away from the villa. There’s a fabulous patio in front to have meals on with full view of the beach. Communication was great and I highly recommend this property. It was absolutely heavenly to be there and to be able to enjoy the views as well as the beach and pool and other amenities. "

"This two-story home north of Negril is clean, comfortable, and has well-functioning air conditioning. While the westward cliffside views are great, the best sunsets on the island are from the large, quiet community infinity pool, which is a five-minute walk away and overlooks a private beach. During our stay, the back porch light was broken and the washer was inoperable (awaiting replacement). One suggestion for management would be to provide garbage bags, as guests are required to haul trash to bins down the street.A rental car is a must for this location, and parking is available. While the house is quiet and secluded, the two main beaches are just a mile and three miles down the road, respectively. Overall, it is a solid, well-kept spot."

"We all really enjoyed this property. It was just what we needed and signed up for! There was a hurricane in October and so getting a ladder up and running was not able to happen in time but the other amenities were able to take the place of that entry just fine. Our host was prompt with responses every time I needed him! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It’s less than a one-minute walk to the private beach and pool, which was incredibly convenient. The house truly felt like home—comfortable and welcoming. The open space in the back was a huge bonus and perfect for a soccer game and outdoor fun. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
