"The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone we met! "

"House was lovely; spacious, clean, and had all the kitchen tools you may need. Very private and felt safe. With a family group of 9 we did run out of some essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, but easily purchased out in town. The house was hard to find at first so providing multiple map options, like GPS coordinates, map screen shots, Apple Maps and Google Maps, would be very helpful. The Internet was hot or miss, which is probably from the hurricane. "
