"The house was great. It is located in an area of affluent homes and a safe area. Large indoor space for a big family. The Master suite was excellent. I was quite impressed with just how CLEAN the house was, which is what we all hope for when we rent. Everything needed was available and the kitchen appliances were excellent as well. The pool and outside patio were fantastic. So nice of an area to relax and with all the trees and plants around, you'll find it very private. Lilya was great!! She is super-fast to respond to any questions you may have. I would recommend this rental to anyone!"

"The house was clean and had the wonderful game room. Beds were comfortable. Lots of areas to hang out. Didnt get to enjoy the pool as it was cooler out. Host was very responsive. Neighborhood was very nice."

"We enjoyed the property. Wish we could have used the pool but too cold at this time of year (March). Property is well maintained. Didn't realize it was on a busy road but didn't bother us sleeping. It was close to the activities we were doing."

"There were some good things about this home but unfortunately they were outweighed by the not so good things. The shower in the master bath was outstanding. The water pressure was excellent, the shower head was wide and being able to switch between the shower head and the handheld shower nozzle was great. Being able to park in the garage was a definite plus and the owner even provided a remote for the garage door opener for us to use. But the negatives were significant. The house is poorly maintained. The dishwasher sounds like a jackhammer when it is running. There were light bulbs burned out and missing in several fixtures. The smoke alarm batteries caused problems because they had not been changed as they should. The electrical outlets in the queen bedroom went out periodically. The filter lights were on in the refrigerator and the exhaust fan in the kitchen indicating they needed replaced. Sadly the owner was not very responsive when we requested that he fix to most urgent issues. The second time we had a smoke alarm sound off, it took him 9 days to respond to our message to him. Nine days is totally unacceptable! I went to Walmart within an hour of the alarm going off to buy a replacement battery and replaced it myself or we wouldn't have gotten any sleep for 9 days. I could go on but I'm limited to 1500 characters so I have to stop. Needless to say we will not rent this house again even though we make annual winter trips to Florida to escape winter in the north."

"Comfy spot that feels secluded from the main house with separate entrance, gate and driveway. Clean and neat - little details that host included made the spot feel welcoming. "

"we really enjoyed our days at this location. It was interesting to be in "the forest" and within a few miles of our wedding destination. the home was very well taken care of, clean and fully outfitted. Highly recommend."
