3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Large backyard. 2 blocks from bryant park and bryant park pool. Within 1 mile of downtown and IU. Come and enjoy this beautiful house close to everything Bloomington has to offer.

The living room has a smart TV. Bryant park has a pool, waterslide, 2 large playgrounds, covered eating areas, tennis courts, a stage and large fields to play in.

The City pool opens Memorial Day Weekend and then closes on August 4th 2024
