"The house was spotless, open and airy, the kitchen was fully equipped and Then Some. The property was beautiful and quiet, but yet very close to a lot of the things we wanted to go and see. It will definitely be on my list to visit again next year, and the owners were super at communication and checked on us and replied back quickly. The price was very reasonable for the area and we enjoyed being able to take our 14 pound Shih Tzu with us that hiked all the trails with us. We made great memories and had a lovely time. Would definitely give this an A rating with 10 stars or more and will definitely be back. "

"Small but nicely decorated, with an outdoor whirlpool, and a small river view. Peaceful place, very close to interesting attractions, such as Linville waterfalls and caverns, and a beautiful winery open to visitors. Staff friendly and instrumental when asked any questions."

"It was often difficult in the kitchen to use the appliances. Some plugged in. Some worked and some did not. Floors felt gritty if you walked around barefoot. Tv screen was smeared and dead bugs stuck on it. Temperature settings were perfect. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean. Blankets in living room needed to be washed, smelled musty. "

"The perfect cabin! Hot tub and fire pit and fire place were the best. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. Great location next to linville falls, caverns, and grandfather mountain. Thanks for a great trip!"

"Cabin was just as pictured. Easy to get to, but in a quiet and peaceful area. It had everything our family of 5 needed for a relaxing weekend enjoying nature, making smores at the fire pit and lazing in the hot tub. Recommended."

"It was a nice place. Room was never checked on after the first night. Had to stand in line at a food truck to get coffee. Asked for more coffee for the room and was told they had the truck. Could have made coffee on our room if they would have brought some. "

It was a perfect distance from the Table Rock 50 K and had lots of nearby attractions for the rest of the family, who weren't running. "I love the location which is close to relatives, Linville Falls, the winery, and its halfway between Spruce Pine and Newland. Linville and Banner Elk are a short drive. I love the cabin being on the river. I needed to prepare food for a family reunion and the kitchen is a good size. If you plan on doing a lot of food prep, be safe and bring casserole dishes and mixing bowls."
