"I really enjoyed my stay here and will stay again! It’s nothing fancy but provides a clean and comfortable room at a great price which is exactly what I was looking for. Parking was not an issue and felt very safe across from the school. The room was well stocked and the main communal kitchen looked really nice too. Host was very communicative and helpful."

"Had a great stay in Isla’s suite! Vince was super accommodating, helpful, and even recommended local spots for us to check out. Would totally rebook next time I visit the Ballard area. The suite itself was perfect for me and my partner, it had all the things we needed and made our trip to Seattle go smoothly. As far as location, Ballard is a super accessible and nice area! We ended up using public transportation throughout the entire trip and the nearest bus stop left us about a block away from the suites. Overall, we were about a 30ish minute bus ride from the downtown area & 1hr 30min from SeaTac airport."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was a banana, pastry, coffee and an orange drink. The laundry requires 8 quarters and do not expect change from the front desk for anything larger than a 5 dollar bill. The laundry provides soap and dryer sheets for free. The office is closed and locked from noon to 3 pm so if you arrive at the property before 3 you will not be allowed to check in."

"I will start by saying Renee was a great host, helpful, quick to respond and made things easy for me. The kitchen and living room were comfortable and well stocked. The garden and neighborhood were lovely and parking right out front always available. I did have some logistical issues with the bedroom and bath that might be particular to me. There isn’t a closet in the bedroom, just a bench so I had to create piles that kept spilling on the bench . There is a wardrobe in the living room but no pants hangers. The bathroom was miniscule. Had to sidle my way in and around it - and I’m a small person ! And there’s no place to store anything in the bathroom so I had to do this awkward dance putting my toiletries on a bench in the hall, and go back and forth with one item at a time as I got ready. This all made the time there feel unsettled and not at ease. If these things don’t bother you , then I’d recommend it whole heartedly."

"In a sea of boring modern options, this older craftsman house was perfect for our large family get-together. Nice layout for hanging together. Kids enjoyed the bunk room, games and s’mores at the fire pit.House had all the amenities we needed, and location is convenient for exploring Seattle.Responsive and friendly host.Will look to book here again!"

"Awesome home, super clean with everything you'd need for a chill, worry-free stay. The hosts are so thoughtful and easy to chat with... wine, chocolates, and flowers when you get there! Parking's a breeze, and there's a nice spot to work if you need to. The bed was comfy, towels are great, just a really cozy, safe, and relaxing place overall."
