The neighborhood is mediocre, but the ownership of this property has gone to beyond acceptable accommodations to provide a safe and comfortable hotel experience. There are no bells and whistles. It’s just a simple comfortable and friendly hotel. I will be staying here every time I come to the Seattle area. This will be my go to place."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"
