"Very poor - marginal cleanliness, trash in bags outside a room ( over 20 hours), bathroom area not clean, dirt on steps up to the second floor, a plastic container under the heat/ac units to catch water was filthy, Old outdated Christmas decorations still up outside, “free” breakfast was a joke- pop tart, stale coffee, some cold cereal. We paid more for this room than ANY other on this trip. Very bad experience!!!"

"Couldn’t get into room even after management attempted themselves. Finally after failed attempts was given another room. This room had no towels and stains on floors and bed. "

"The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good. I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. I spent two nights out of the five that were booked. The television channels didn’t include any major networks or any local news. Overall, it was the worse two nights I have ever spent. "
