"I was in the room for less than 10 hours. It was very helpful to find a place to stay as I drove home. I was quite tired, and booked the hotel at the last minute. It is an old school motel, but it met my most basic needs just fine."

"Perfect family getaway. Lots of fun, friendly staff, and great food!"

"This was not what we were expecting. It was not clean or cozy. There were brown recluse spiders we had to kill. I wouldn’t call it a cabin,it was a shed. The front door would not close and latch. "Wonderful cabin! Host was great!"

"Fresh clean room and good air!"

"Absolutely beautiful and very accommodating fabulous breakfast and super friendly. Would definitely recommend and visit again when in the area. "

"Host was very responsive. Cabin was very cute! Extra nice bathroom and shower. Very pretty setting and handy to Glen Rose."

"Had a quick trip out to Lake Whitney for a visit. Needed a place to overnight and found this place. Worked out for our needs. Bed comfy, a/c worked great (a bit of noise but nothing out of ordinary), and nice big bathroom area for small unit. Had small kitchen stuff with coffee bar, microwave, and small frig. Can't really cook but...

"Feels like a family run place but cooler. The facility itself is wonderful and then the staff is so helpful. Run very different that a normal hotel which makes it unique. For example, you text if you need something and no one is around. Such a beautiful property! Can’t wait to go back!"

"Beautiful view and beautiful place!!"
