"One of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. My wife, son and I spent 10 wonderful days taking advantage of all the house and the area had to offer. Quiet spot on the lake (no wake zone) with a great dock for kayaking and fishing; we used the pickleball court nearly every day; and sat out by the fire pit several evenings. Also one of the best equipped kitchens of any rental property we've had.Many great places nearby: hiking at Sleeping Bear Dunes, golf at Sugar Loaf, dining in Glen Arbor, Leland/Fishtown, Suttons Bay (also a great beach here), and no shortage of wineries and beer gardens (Hop Lot in Suttons Bay was a favorite).Amy was a great host and easy to reach when needed. We definitely see coming back."

"My wife, 97-year-old mother-in-law, dog, and I just spent a wonderful 4 days at this delightful cabin. Hands down, this was the most gracious and friendly host we have ever encountered on Vrbo!The cabin itself is cozy, well-kept, and beautifully furnished with a warm, family touch—plus being pet-friendly made it effortless to bring our dog along. The walk from the cabin down to the water is absolutely breathtaking and so pristine.We took full advantage of the lake during our trip, taking the pontoon over to Leland one day and spending another day just cruising around enjoying the views. This has easily become our new go-to cabin in Michigan, and we already can’t wait to return for the fall colors!"

"This is as the perfect central location to explore this area of Michigan. The house sits on a gorgeous, quiet lake with kayaks and yard games. We loved the yard so much we spent all of our nights there around the fire pit. Thank you for letting us experience such a beautiful part of the country! We’d absolutely stay here again!"
