"This was a great spot for our multi-generational family get-together. The location was perfect—quiet and private but minutes away from a variety of beaches, bike trails, wineries, shopping, and nearby towns. The house is exceptionally well equipped (even kayaks to use) and offers spaces to gather and spread out, both inside and outside. I especially appreciated the large dining table on the deck that seats 10 comfortably."

"Our five night stay at this cottage was absolutely wonderful! Our host went above and beyond to help us with directions and restaurants, grocery stores and such. He was more helpful than any other host we have had. The cottage itself was lovely. Everything that we needed was there and brand new. Knowing that it was a one bedroom we thought that it might be quite small, but it actually seemed very roomy the way that it is laid out. We were not cramped at all. The closet in the bedroom is huge. We definitely took advantage of that. We were able to travel to Traverse City, Fishtown, Sutton Bay, and a few other small towns that were just delightful. I can’t say enough good things about this cottage and its location. We were able to travel to Traverse City, Fishtown, Suttons Bay, and a few other small towns that were just delightful without having to drive too far. We also visited a few of the wineries in the area and our favorites were Château Chantelle and Mari Vinyards. I can’t say enough good things about this cottage and its location. The water is crystal clear and it’s a sandy bottom so it’s very nice to swim in. I’m sure that I’m leaving some wonderful details out, but there was nothing negative about this cottage at all. We most definitely will come back to visit again. Thank you, Chris. It was a delight staying at your cottage."

"Great stay and home base while exploring Leelaunau. Well equipped house that was also a good place to hang out while stayed in to avoid some Canadian wildfire smoke! We did take other reviews advice and brought 2 small circulating fans to move the air upstairs to supplement the fans already there - worked out great. Fully stocked kitchen and basic spices let us make some big family breakfasts to fuel up for adventures! Our pup loved coming along too over a kennel visit. We loved the outdoor space, so peaceful in the morning for coffee or fire in the evening!"
