"Check in process was a disaster! We arrived a little over an hour early and were assured housekeeping would get right on our room! Not the case, and we ended up requesting at check in time to let us into our room! The room we were in definitely needs some upgrading.The shuttle service they offer is a bonus and their outdoor dining area by the pool area is good!"

"This condo was perfect for our group of 5. It has a beautiful view from the deck, living room and master bedroom. It is in a quiet and safe gated resort community. It was immaculately clean, had all we needed and was an easy 15 minute drive to Downtown Key West. Also convenient to head north to other keys/state parks and areas to explore. It is on the 2nd floor with elevator or steps."

"In a review from the hotel asking about the same thing you’re asking. I did put in a suggestion, but not a complaint that I felt the showers were somewhat dangerous. There were no handrails or the title was not a slip free. There weren’t tubs so little children and families would be in there and I felt that they needed to do something with that. I’m in the medical profession and I felt that this should be looked into. I would definitely go back to this hotel. I won’t eat at the restaurant. The prices are obnoxious."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and spacious - a great size for either a family or multiple couples. Our family of four felt completely at ease here, and everyone slept well and enjoyed the area. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond, and the property had everything we needed. One thing we especially appreciated was how quiet the unit was. Even though the planes can sound loud outside, we were never bothered by noise inside. The location was also a big plus. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown Key West but still close enough for an easy drive into town. We also loved that you can rent kayaks or paddleboards from the resort next door. The only advice I'd give is to read the arrival instructions carefully. The location and parking can feel confusing at first but the info provided is clear. Overall, this was a great stay, we would definitely recommend it to others. "
