The house and pool and gardens were exactly as described and exactly what we needed them to be - literally a home away from home that catered to 3 different generations perfectly. Everything was sparkling clean and everything was in a place that made it easy to find.Susan left detailed instructions that were easy to follow as well as a detailed description of the Island making our stay streamlined and easy. We so appreciated how available she was and we truly hope to stay at her home on our next visit to Boca Grande. "

"We had such a great stay at this property! The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. The beach access was very easy to get to and the beach is beautiful! Our kids loved the pool too! The check in/out process was seamless as well. We are a family of four but the house could definitely accommodate two families. Overall we had an amazing stay! "

"It is a lovely, cozy, graceful cottage in the heart of Boca Grande (I can tell owners are books and art lovers). We greatly appreciated the provided toiletries and utilities products, since the market hours are very limited for what we generally expect. You can walk everywhere! We loved it!The only thing I (personally) missed was an espresso machine( an early bird like myself had to wait until 7:30 Am to "open" the cafe) but the time went fast exploring the town.I will gladly come back again...with a packed espresso maker.Thank you!"
