Check in was complete, didn’t tell me anything about having to put a deposit on the A/C remote until i couldn’t switch it on when in room and unpacked, called reception and then was told… also had to sit watching a poor maintenance man try and fix the door as wouldn’t lock, and eventually it was fixed by a hotel guest in his swim shorts Watching him struggle

Room excellent, hotel set up fantastic for small children, but if you want anything extra like to see extra shows or extra visits to themed restaurants you have to pay, and game rooms for kids but again you have to pay

The good: We had a great time. Everything was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The entertainment staff did an amazing job with the kids. The food was always good and plentiful as were the drinks. The location couldn't have been more perfect. The bad:Elevators definitely need serviced. Showers have poor water pressure. The air conditioning didnt work on our first night and there was a leak in our ceiling. One bartender always seemed a bit grumpy. All of the entertainment was geared towards the kids leaving the adults with only drinking to entertain ourselves.

Nice small studio in very good location

The hotel is huge and beautiful in all white,great Wi-Fi, 3 pools,i love that the hotel sit on a slight slopes which forces me now to get back in the gym,the walk about is great exercise getting back up.straff are friendly and helpful, i would recommend and i would go back again. I nearly for got the beach is 19 min walk,but if you don't want to walk in that sun which is hottt they do a shuttle every hour which start at 10:15.food is great and the bed is firm.
