- Beside a country lane that leads out of the moorland village of St Breward
- On the western edge of Bodmin Moor
- All rooms are of a substantial size with high ceilings, a light and airy decor and modern electric radiators
- Parking available for 2 cars
- Perfect for families or two couples
GROUND FLOOR
- Shower room W.C. with hand basin
- Long sitting room has ample seating arranged before an electric log effect fire
- Dining room with table, chairs and an original pew seat
- Well equipped fitted kitchen with an electric range cooker
UPSTAIRS
- Family bathroom W.C. with hand basin, bath and shower cubicle
- Twin bedded room with a vanity basin
- Two double bedrooms
-Smaller room with two 3ft single beds and a vanity basin
- The fifth bedroom has pine 3ft bunk beds
- Portable electric heaters in all of the bedrooms
GARDEN
- Three steps lead up to a sheltered paved patio area with outdoor table and chairs
- Children and dogs will need supervision as the patio is not enclosed

- Village store, P.O. and The Old Inn pub and restaurant are about 10 minutes on foot
- Bodmin, Wadebridge and Camelford are all within a 10 mile radius
- The Camel Trail can be joined at Wenford Bridge only two miles away
- Beaches at Trebarwith, Port Isaac and Polzeath are about 9 miles

Lovely equipped property, very clean for a relaxing break.
Lovely well equipped property, in a friendly village on Bodmin Moor. There was plenty of space to relax. Large lounge, kitchen and dining room. 5 bedrooms, very clean. A nice place to get away from the city and relax.
