Assumed with Porsche event and once explaining (both mornings) that we were just regular guests we were then sat in a seperate area. Very strange experience . Staff were lovely none the less, John in particular. At arrival, again once explained we were not with the Porsche event, we were told to drive down to the guest car park and the porter would see us to our room. No idea where this porter was? No instructions. Found Elvin at the gate and he kindly called a porter for us. "
