"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

The ironing board was replaced with a new one, unfortunately of no use to me as my shirt was already damaged. No feedback from the hotel, asked Claire on reception about it two days later, she advised me that she would check with the manager who was on site that...
