High quality stay, food was good, service was excellent, staff were fantastic we had an issue with the electrics going off but that was resolved in 5 minutes no problem, room was brilliant the only thing missing in the room I would say was a mini fridge for personal use would be good but everything else was perfect.

Lovely hotel very clean smells fresh breakfast sausages was to well done quiet hard asked kitchen staff for boiled eggs but didn’t realise you got to request them with is silly as people not a lover of scrambled egg or fried egg and surprised there was no tomatoes breakfast options but apart from that, I give it a five star

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Especially the breakfast Maitre D who went out of his way to be helpful and add tomatoes to my full English breakfast. Not so helpful on overnight resident parking charges at £12 per night. Quite an unpleasant surprise!

Excellent place to stay

A brilliant place to stay if visiting Newport or near by Cardiff, the staff were very friendly and helpful from minute you arrive until you leave. The breakfast was also excellent and a wide variety of choice.

The hotel was clearly new and the rooms and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice on offer. Would not hesitate to use the hotel again and would recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Stayed while visiting Newport for the marathon. Lovely clean and modern hotel. Huge powerful shower and comfortable bed. Large rooms with great air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and staff were friendly and responsive. A great experience.
