Small but nice place, close to train station and downtown. We walked everywhere. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Much appreciated, thank you! Breakfast was good with a wide variety of offerings. Like many places we found it did not have AC (and it was quite warm and humid when we visited). But the open window and fan helped.

Very nice hotel 2 blocks from the lake. Great breakfast and nice people. Big rooms, nice towels and bathroom. Would stay again! 20 minute walk to the train station.

CitizenM is very walkable to central Zurich, with many trams and train station options nearby. The building itself is a bit dated, but they have remodeled it so the room itself is very modern. The smart TV and iPad control aren't very user friendly.

"Very close to interlaken west train station. Like one minute walk. The only thing I didn’t like was no AC and the temperature was like 28 -30 C degree, so it was super hot in the apartment and we couldn’t get a good sleep."
