One minor detail I would change is the lighting in the vanity area. Spa is included, w/ 1 steam room and 2 dry saunas, cold plunge and relaxation room. Would love to come back!"

"This hotel was lovely. We had a spacious room with two balconies facing Jungfrau mountain. We could sleep with the balcony doors open for fresh cool mountain air and a great view in August. We did not get bit by insects. The bathtub is phenomenal, long and deeper than mine at home in California. The staff were simply wonderful and helpful. Included breakfast was great. Garden was delightful. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting the Swiss Alps."
