The Villa Seeadler, completed in 2013, with individually furnished apartments, is only 50 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments in Villa Seeadler have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. There is a bicycle storage facility in the underground car park. The Villa Seeadler is the ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding area and many leisure activities, and at the same time the perfect place to relax and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground car park or a parking space directly in front of the house. A coin-operated washer and dryer can be found in the ground floor area of the house. Please note: Building activities in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects.

3 room apartment:
sunny 3-room apartment with its own sauna and Wi-Fi on the first floor of the Villa Seeadler - located near the beach!   This friendly apartment is for max. four adults and two children (up to 16 years). From the large living area and from both bedrooms you have access to the balcony. Here you can enjoy the wide view of the sea from the balcony. On the large, L-shaped couch you can relax wonderfully, flat screen TV, BluRay player as well as a small stereo system. The couch can be pulled out and used as a bed. In the open cooking and dining area you have a fitted kitchen and a beautiful wooden table with six chairs. The fully equipped fitted kitchen with microwave, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer leaves nothing to be desired. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a two-door wardrobe. The first bedroom also has a flatscreen TV. Both shower baths have a floor-level shower and a washbasin with mirror. Guests can relax in the sauna.  The apartment has a free underground garage in the Villa Seeadler. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
