"Useful location for the ferry terminal. Good standard of modern hotel. Ample car parking, generous sized room, comfortable and clean."

"Very pleased with our room, it was large, clean with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was disappointing, for a gluten free guest there were no sausages and hash browns. The hotel was advised of gluten free guest on booking. Had no problem parking although I can see the there would be if arriving late due to restriction of spaces."

"Well situated for the continental ports, for the price I feel a bit expensive. We had received an email stating no air-con then were told it was working. On arrival at reception the bar area was noisy and felt messy and at breakfast it was fairly chaotic and the three members of staff seemed more interested in gossiping."

"Good place, clientele was well over 50. Very quiet. No AC so can be warm at times but the sea breeze helps as does the fan. Classic English seaside experience"
