"The Michelangelo Grand is a ‘good’ rather than ‘grand’ hotel with many positives. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I received helpful recommendations from the young red-haired woman at the front desk. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the fitness center. The hotel just lacks the special features and pronounced character of a ‘grand’ hotel. And perhaps more housekeeping attention to the common areas particularly the staircase which could have used vacuuming."

"This hotel was charming and well located. We really enjoyed the room. The breakfast was very good and a great way to start our day. Our bartender Violeta made our evening enjoyable as well and we really enjoyed meeting her. This is an excellent location to walk to all the major attractions."
