The service was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean, with a comfortable bed, complimentary in-room coffee, tea and water was provided. My room faced an interior “courtyard” and was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of options provided. Location, It’s about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town, convenient and a lovely walk from the other side of the river toward the Charles Bridge.

I was given two twin beds and for the first night although I didn’t choose twin beds. When asked for king bed, I was told that there were no other room available for the night, but I was promised same grade room with king bed starting the next day. Unfortunately, next day when I went to the checkin counter, I was told that there are no rooms available and they can only provide a king bed with a downgraded room, without even an apology. This could have been handled a lot better. Other than this poor handling by the hotel management , I am happy with my stay.
