"The superior room was well appointed and being able to open thw room window....a big plus. Staff were excellent and room service prompt. Parking at the hotel a little pricy but the 3 day bus pass much appreciated. We would stay again. The little convenience atore T the entrance....a lovely spot for speciality items...thank you. "This is a five star historic hotel in the main tourist area. It’s within walking distance (will hills) of major attractions and restaurants. There is a pool, hot tub, and gym, and your stay includes tour guides and other activities. It’s a wonderful place to stay, though the rooms are small. Keep in mind, this is an EXPENSIVE hotel, and there are many unexpected added fees that increase the price far above what is quoted. "

"The hotel is good and staff are amazing. Clean, easy to park. The only downside was that in the page said 18 min drive to Chateau Frontenac but it wasn’t. However, it was 15 min drive to the ferry to Old Quebec which was convenient. "

"Lorsque les portes divisant la réception des chambres étaient ouvertes pendant les heures du bar, c'était bruyant mais c'est juste des lapses de temps car elles ce referment. Sinon très bien entretenu et c'est très propre! Ça paraît que c'était 4 étoiles lorsque les notations étaient encores en vigueurs."
