Experiência Boituva

O espaço é muito bom, porém a casa precisa de alguns reparos. Os chuveiros das suítes são ruins, a escada para o mezanino não tem proteção e a internet não estava funcionando. Tive que acionar um técnico para resolver. A TV tem apenas 4 canais abertos. O proprietário se mostrou disponível para tirar todas as dúvidas.

Passei o feriado na casa do Francisco com minha família e a experiência foi ótima. A casa é como descrita nas Fotos e o ponto alto fica por conta da Limpeza ( impecável ). Desde os móveis até a piscina passando por todos os cômodos sem qq problema. Com certeza voltaremos.

Lugar de Paz e Sossego

Tivemos dias muito tranquilos e em paz, a casa é muito aconchegante em todos os seus ambientes, além de muito espaçosa. O que mais amamos foram os ambientes integrados! Como sala e cozinha, a mesa lá fora com a churrasqueira. Sr Francisco muito atencioso, nos passou uma lista dos locais próximos e indicações, foi muito gentil. A casa só precisa de pequenas melhorias, como porta shampoo nos banheiros, novas cadeiras da piscina, mas no restante é uma casa maravilhosa e com boa harmonia. Seria interessante apenas avisar dos últimos quartos não terem acesso por dentro da casa. O que não prejudica tanto por ser coberto pela sacada o acesso.

6 dias de paz e tranquilidade

A casa está conforme o anúncio. O condomínio tem bom controle de entrada e os porteiros são educados. Durante a estadia tivemos muita tranquilidade, sem barulho e com bons dias de sol. A casa tem 4 suítes que acomodam perfeitamente ao menos 10 pessoas. O proprietário foi bastante assertivo na comunicação, tudo conforme o combinado. A cidade fica há 10-15 minutos de carro e tem tudo que é necessário em termos de mercados, farmácias, restaurantes, etc. Foram ótimos dias e recomendo a quem queira aproveitar dias de paz e tranquilidade.

Casa muito ampla, super limpa e equipada.

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia, a casa é muito bem planejada, cada um com sua suite, piscina grande, boa area coberta da churrasqueira e otimo gramado! 2 geladeiras! A limpeza estava impecavel! A Conversa com o Francisco foi rapida e facil. O Acesso ao cond e a residencia super simples seguindo as orientacoes. Sugiro apenas colocar um corrimão com telas em volta de toda a escada que desce da sala de estar/jogos, pois para crianças e pets é bem arriscado. Obrigado Francisco voltaremos!

as fotos são verdadeiras, local limpo, bonito, seguro, tranquilo e organizado. A única observação que eu faço é que para a quantidade informada para a casa são consideradas na contagem inclusives crianças, mesmo que tenham 1 ano de idade. Para alguns isso pode não ser relevante, mas para outros sim.
