It’s expertly suited for the sole traveler and is central to all of our Island amenities which include: steps from your front door to the popular Phillips Park Olympic sized Public Pool, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, our famous Island Bicycle Path along with the Public Library and Island Museum! Use one of our Kayaks and choose a nearby launch for a relaxing Day! The Studio is located in the center of the Island with convenient on and off Island access. It’s close to Matlacha, Circle K Gas, Publix/Winn Dixie Food shopping, many local Bar/Restaurants and essential Emergency Services. This cozy Studio is 210 sq. Ft and is outfitted with a new full size Bed, complete Kitchen and Bathroom with a Shower. Whether you’re here to relax or explore our nearby Islands, Cabbage Key, Useppa and Cayo Costa or world class Beaches all from our old Florida style Island, this gorgeous Studio offers a marvelous home base. Make your holiday or Vacation stay one for the books with a stay at our place.
