"We had a great time at Aalma da Ria. It’s about 10 minutes from Aveiro with the car. There is a main house, with kitchen and common spaces, and then there are the lodges. Ours had 2 sleeping rooms, bathroom, and a small pantry with microwave and coffee machine. The houses are within a green area that includes a pool. Mariana was so nice and helpful. Everyday she prepared us a huge breakfast she was so nice and attentive. Highly recommended."

"The house was large and spacious with more than enough space for our party of 6. The inside of the house was well maintained with nice furniture, TV, and pool table. It was in a very quiet neighborhood with small farms next door. Definitely need a car since there is nothing within walking distance. For the price, this was a good value. On the downside, it seems there is some maintenance work being done outside and the tools and garden hose were just left lying around and were not put away. Top Bolho Hotel Reviews

Bussaco Palace Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Property and surrounding park was awesome. Breakfast 5 star. Restaurant was beautiful but not suitable for daily dining."

Solar Antigo Luxury Coimbra

8/10 Good

"Our room was very unique. The hotel was a bit hard to find and wasn't marked well. Parking was minimal on the very narrow cobblestone one-way road. The "living room" of our suite had a huge round bathtub that we didn't use. The dining area was a small round table next to a bricked seating space. The bedroom and very small bathroom were up a spiral wrought iron staircase. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. There was no comfortable seating, but the picnic basket breakfast was delightful. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. The staff were very kind and helpful."

Praxis CBR Boutique Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was a nice surprise. The rooms were fantastic with a book theme right out of a fairy tale. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was amazing with a great breakfast and they even offer afternoon tea with cake.the location was central near to shops and restaurants."
