After getting our family settled in we began hearing a non stop siren. "The house is small and is perfect for me and a friend. We were able to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Cozy and clean little house. My Full size 4 door F150 and trailer and UTV had no problems fitting in the carport. Plenty of sitting options on the decks. Love the hammock swings! Neighbors weren't too noisy, short drive to the beach on the UTV. Definitely recommended for a couple with a couple of children or two couples. A bonus for me was the fenced-in yard for my fur baby.
