"They were renovating and painting etc when we went so it was kinda a mess...it was tho over all a nice place to stay...Indoor pool for kiddos was good. Only thing they need to upgrade their pillows - they were super flat not much to them..."

"Our original room was 343. It was a nice room, but the ER was right beside our room. We could see the beach, but wanted to see the whole lenght of the beach. We moved to the fifth floor room 543 and it was perfect. And a little more quiet. The rooms are laid out well with plenty of space to store shoes, suitcases, etc. I like all the hooks on the wall to hang up coats, robes, etc. The balcony was nice. Two chairs created a nice area to sit and watch the ocean. When we arrived spring break was winding down. Between loud cars and the toruist helicopter it was pretty noisy. So if someone wants peace you may need to look somewhere else. The location was nice. Very walkable, close to restaurants and across the street to the beach. There is a lot of traffic, so crossing the road can be super dangerous. One needs to go the the street light to cross. The beds were a little harder than I like, but all the sheets and towels were a nice quality. The staff are polite and helpful. Everyone was super friendly. The buffet is the typical hotel buffet. Plenty to eat and a decent variety of items. Since the hotel is connected to another hotel, there are two separate areas to eat. Definitely helps since it is such a busy hotel. In all it was a nice stay at a wonderful hotel. I would stay there again if in the area. "

"Roo was not clean, moldy bathroom. No breakfast even though it was to be complimentary. I received an email back saying it was do to many reservations, did not seem like there was too many people at the breakfast bar. "

"Clean and very spacious rooms. Loved the pool very clean and comfortable chairs."

"It was less than a mile walk to Pleasure Pier. Room was nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. The Balcony was huge and really enjoyable. "
