Can’t get just a plain pastry (I.e., croissants- it must be vegan raspberry or chocolate); you can’t charge your room service to your room (QR code may not always work); early check in is not an option. This is a very smooth running operation and perfect for an overnight stay for the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, comfortable and very quiet. The only disadvantage is that there are a lot of corridors to negotiate to get to the lifts, but that does mean they are not annoying at night.
