What a nice place

The flat was even nicer than the description. They have free luggage storage, and the flat is very well equipped. Excellent check in instructions. Owner couldn’t have been nicer or kinder. We hope to return to Bologna and stay in the same place.

Wonderful Apartment and Stay

As part of our honeymoon my husband and I spent two weeks in the apartment while we were studying Italian. It is exactly like the photos - clean, comfortable and well situated within the city (and a short walk to our school). We were thrilled that during our stay the apartment was “freshened up” with towels and sheets and trash emptied for us. Check in process and communication with the host were both wonderful. Would highly recommend this property if staying in Bologna !!

Great location

It was a clean place in a central location with ease of foot travel to any of the major attractions. The elevator doesn't work and the lights do not turn on so be careful when you descend the stairs. Otherwise a good stay.

Bologna apartment

Bed was very uncomfortable. Parking our car was a nightmare. A good 20 minute walk to the center. Hallway lights were dark even after it was communicated. Apartment was clean and had an elevator which was good.

Loved the city and apartment location - disliked the bed

Ideal location for a peaceful stay within walking distance to everything. The photos are quite accurate, but don't expect to spend much time on the little terrace - just isn't inspirational as it faces a small internal area - surrounded by other apartments. The kitchen is adequate for basics like breakfast. The sleeping area is cozy but the bed way too hard. Overall, we loved Bologna and the location so can overlook the negatives. For Americans with T-Mobile, don't expect much connectivity in Bologna. It was a big surprise to struggle constantly for any service.

The apartment is in a restricted zone so you can’t drive to it. You have to park quite a distance. We cancelled our car rental and had a private driver drop us at the apartment and pick us up when we left. There was quite a large fee for him to bring his car there. There weee no written instructions for the air conditioner so we were unable to operate it. The remote for the AC did not work. On the good side it was a very nice apartment with a really great hot shower. The location was within walking distance of lots of attractions and good restaurants. The people who met us when we arrived were very nice.
