The Space:

The apartment has been recently renovated to provide a practical and comfortable stay while preserving the authentic character of a traditional Bologna home. The furnishings are simple, well maintained and carefully chosen to provide everything you need, whether you're staying for a few days or several weeks.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer and all the essential cookware to prepare meals at home. This makes the apartment especially convenient for longer stays, business trips or anyone who enjoys the flexibility of cooking during their visit. Next to the kitchen, you'll find a dedicated dining area where you can comfortably enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.



The living room is designed as a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the city or working. It features a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests.



The bedroom offers a quiet and welcoming environment for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, making the apartment particularly suitable for extended stays.

Getting Around:

Reaching the apartment is simple whether you're arriving by train or by plane.

- From Bologna Centrale railway station, the apartment is just a short taxi ride away or can be reached in a few minutes using one of the frequent bus connections serving the area.

- From Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport, you can reach the apartment in about 20 minutes by taxi or private car. Alternatively, take the Marconi Express to Bologna Centrale railway station and continue by bus to the neighborhood.
