"The room was exactly as described, spacious, very clean with all of the listed amenities. This is not suitable hotel if you have mobility issues as you need to take stairs up to the 2nd floor in order to catch the lift up to the 4th floor, where one again we needed to take stairs up to the 5th floor. Finding the room initially was a bit of a challenge but we were happy with it once we figured it out and saw the views from all the window. Centrally located walkable area."

"Everything was clean and prepared for our stay! Communication with hosts was very good. They were attentive and professional throughout. We loved the location near the station, we loved the immediate neighborhood (Forno Brisa is close and an excellent breakfast & single-origin espresso!), and we loved Bologna. 2 bedrooms/baths a definite plus! "The key thing to know about the hotel is that it is outside the old city. The old city is the beautiful part of town, with ancient buildings, few cars, etc. The hotel is in a more modern area. It felt safe, but with much less foot traffic than the old city. If you have a car, the hotel location is great, but I don't know about parking inside town. I also found it hard to find a cab back one night, and Ubers back were 30 to 40 euros for a while, but then went down to 27 or so. On a nice day, the 30 minute walk from the hotel to the center of the old city is fine. But I would not want to have to take that walk in winter or hot summer days. On the plus side, the hotel is by two big grocery stores (Eurospar and Aldi). But its refrigerator is very small, and there is no microwave. The big sushi restaurant nearby is excellent; the tiny Chinese take-out one is terrible. Nello's, in the Old City, was fantastic. The hotel breakfast is delicious."
