The apartment is in an ideal location to discover historic Bologna, with sites, shops, and restaurants within just a couple minutes walk. It is up a lot of stairs with no elevator which we knew ahead of time. The reservation came with booking numbers from both Expedia and VRBO. The communication with the host was sporadic and very difficult. He or she was insistent we send our passports by WhatsApp. We could never reach a person at Expedia to talk with them about it. I did talk to someone at VRBO who said we should not send any private information by WhatsApp or to an unfamiliar email, but because we had an Expedia booking number as well as VRBO they were not able to send the host our passport information on the VRBO platform. The host will not come to greet you and will not send the codes without the passports. This entire back-and-forth took 10 days and a lot of time. Not worth the hours or the frustration! Both the host property and Expedia should get this figured out. Expedia needs a way to securely submit information for hosts such as this one. And they need someone besides an AI Chatbot to answer their phone.

ボローニャ中心部から近く、観光の途中で疲れた時に休めてよかったです。部屋は何重ものドアの向こうだったので、防犯も十分過ぎるほど申し分ないです。窓は細い路地に面しているので夜も静かに休めました。 部屋はとても清潔でシャワーの温度も水量も充分でした。部屋はメゾネットのタイプで、ダブルベッドだけ部屋の中の階段を上がった先にあります。階段の上階と下階のどちらにもエアコンが付いていたのでとても快適でした。 チェックインだけは少し難しかったです。通話できる携帯電話が必要でした。手続きは数日前にオーナーとコンタクトして聞いたら代替手段含め柔軟に対応してもらえるのではないかと思います。問い合わせした時のオーナーの返信もとても早くてありがたかったです チェックアウトは10時と部屋のドアに書いてありました。 お部屋は快適で中心地からも近いながら静かだったので、旅程に余裕があれば数日滞在してもいいなと思いました。ありがとうございました。

⸻ 5 stelle Soggiorno piacevolissimo a Bologna! L’appartamento, seppur piccolo, è davvero ben curato in ogni dettaglio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal centro e comoda per muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi. Ideale per chi vuole godersi la città senza rinunciare al comfort. Assolutamente consigliato! ⸻

séjour culture et gastronomie à Bologna

Bon séjour dans ce petit appartement très bien situé au centre historique de Bologne. On peut tout visiter à pied pour découvrir merveilles et splendeurs culturelles et gastronomiques. Des choses à ajouter dans l'appartement: un petit four (à micro-ondes), des verres à vin. Portes du frigo et de la douche pas étanches...
