I'll be daydreaming about this hotel. Located about a 7-10 minute walk from the main attractions, it's tucked into a quiet street and easy to get to. The rooms are modernized but keep their character. The elevator, large shower space, 24h desk staff is all so helpful. The breakfast is to die for!!

We loved the breakfast being served in the garden. Great cappuccino waiting every morning and good coffee available in the room as well. Quintessential Italy shutters on windows overlooking private garden. Helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Great customer service, all staff welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a healthy variety of choosing. The only one negative is the sound insulation between the walls and ceiling was slightly poor. Apart from this one negative, I would definitely stay again.

One of my favorite comfort hotel stays of our trip! Modernized rooms with plenty of space, comforts, and best A/C we have found in a hotel. Breakfast is wonderful and the location is very quiet and convenient, especially if you plan to walk the Portico di San Luca. This hotel in Bologna was quite refreshing after some smaller, tighter, older locales.

Pros: very clean, older property but the cleaning staff do a great job. Fernando especially is a great staff member helping with a very good breakfast experience. Cons: no exhaust in the washrooms, very linty sheets, room unit fan not working, no elevators (important for those that have heavy luggage or mobility issues).
