I would stay here again!

Fantastic hotel with expansive breakfast in a great location. Public parking lot right next store was a huge bonus!

This is not a 4 star property as the carpets are dirty, curtains torn and the bathroom facilities seem to have been installed in the 90s. The only good thing I can highlight is the quality of the breakfast.

The front desk staff was great! Friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast had a good selection of food including some welcome vegan options. Our room was beautiful and the MOST comfortable bed we have stayed in during the last 2 weeks & 6 hotels. The location of this hotel was the best for us to walk everywhere near the Piazza Maggiore. We had our own car and the parking garage next door was plentiful and safe 24/7. We will stay here again!!

The Heating / Air Conditioning system in the room would only work on heat. The room was like a sauna. The only way to cool the room was to open the window, which 1) had no screen to keep out insects, and 2) allowed the street noise to enter the room. The Assistant manager at the front desk was NOT even interested in addressing the situation. Worst night I have ever spent in an otherwise nice hotel.

Vreselijk verouderde kamer hadden wij. Het hotel is totaal niet 4 sterren waardig. Behang wat half eraf was, vieze stoffige airco, zeer verouderde badkamer, kapotte tegels, lamp die flikkerde, viezige vloerbedekking. Ze waren het wel aan het renoveren (weet niet of alle kamers gerenoveerd gaan worden) en daardoor lag er ook plastic zeil in de gang en de trap naar eerste verdieping zat onder stucwerk. Het onbijt was prima, niet heel bijzonder. Ze liggen we perfect in centrum van Bologna en alles is op loopafstand te doen. Personeel was norsig en bij uitcheck zeiden we dat we de kamer niet echt geweldig vonden en verouderd was. Werd totaal niet op gereageerd en toeristenbelasting viel ook hoger uit dan Expedia aangaf, €10 meer. Kortom hotel is niet 4 sterren waardig eerder 2, de prijs te duur en volgende keer nooi meer!

Bon hotel mais sans plus, qui semble avoir perdu de sa superbe. Décoration surannée et usée, personnel pas très accueillant. Petit déjeuner complet mais pas fou. Pas de stationnement sur place, mais dans parking voisin (payant).

Bolonha é uma belíssima surpresa

Quarto espaçoso, cama grande e muito confortável. A decoração é datada e de gosto duvidoso, mas acaba por não ser o mais importante. Hotel muito bem localizado, a uma distância confortável do centro a pé. O staff principalmente do pequeno almoço (que é suficientemente variado), é muito simpático e disponível

The location was very convenient and very close to the city center. The hotel itself was okay, obviously old and there were signs of disrepair throughout including peeling paint, broken cabinet door and old carpet. That said our room was still clean and comfortable if just a little musty, but we could have opened the window to fix that.

Fine little hotel

I got a fairly bare bones room with a small bed. Fine for a business meeting, but I definitely would have moved if I was on vacation. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was very nice. And it is *very* conveniently located to the historic area.

Hotellet lever ikke op til de billeder der vises online, det er godt nok trist og slidt - gamle gulvtæpper på værelset, vindue ind i et hul, toilet med kabinedør der ikke kunne lukkes, 3 stråler ud af bruseren morgenmadsområdet er i en klæder, med SÅ meget larm og en ulidelig varme. og bare for ringe morgenmad - for lidt til for mange. Beliggenheden var dog suåer fin
