Delightful three-room apartment, renovated, modern and welcoming. Second floor of a building in a residential area of ​​Bologna. At the entrance you will be greeted by a living / dining area with a comfortable sofa, dining table for 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven.

Two large double bedrooms with wardrobes and dressers.

The house is completed by a large bathroom with bathtub, shower gel, mold and hairdryer.

Nice Apartment - Convenient Location

We very much enjoyed this apartment which has a lovely, well-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms and lots of storage space. The apartment is quiet,spotless, comfortably furnished and well maintained. There is also air conditioning for the summer months, although we did not need it during our stay in October. While not in the historic center of Bologna, it is just a short 10-15 minute bus ride to the heart of the city from a bus stop just around the corner. Located just a two minute walk from the apartment is an outstanding, traditional Bolognese restaurant (Trattoria Boni) and just a few more steps away is Cremeria Funivia for gelato lovers. A supermarket, take-away pizza, and pharmacy are only steps away. We would definitely recommend this apartment if you are planning to visit Bologna.
