  • Bright and cosy attic on the third floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: microwave, fridge, oven, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, toiletries, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and air conditioning.
    The house is located in the heart of Bologna, 1-minute walk from Via dell'Indipendenza, in front of the famous "Finestrella", a characteristic glimpse of Medieval Bologna. It is 700 meters from the Quadrilatero di Bologna and 600 meters from Piazza Maggiore.

Great location, only being a short walk from both the train station and Bologna city center. So many good options around.The apartment was perfect for myself and my wife, but sleeping four would start to be a little crowded. Not to mention that the only washroom is up a steep set of stairs and off the bedroom. I would definitely come again, but I wouldnt bring my aged parents or anyone not super mobile.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Der Balkon toll und entspricht genau dem Bildern. Dorr gibt es auch einen Wäscheständer - super praktisch. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, war auch so angegeben, aufgrund kein Luft (für uns keine Problem, sollte man aber wissen). Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, diese ist aber viel zu klein dimensioniert für eine Mansardenwohnung im DG bei 38°C, es kühlt auch in der Nacht nicht richtig ab.
