Silent and very sunny 90 sqm 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment, with a lovely balcony overlooking the old Bologna, located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a modern and newly constructed building nestled in a residential area right outside Porta San Felice, one of the 12 gateways into medieval Bologna.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.
The entrance opens directly into the living room, bright and sunny and furnished with a sofa bed (for 1 person) and a glass-top table for 6 in the dining area. A French window enables the sunlight to pour in and highlight the lovely parquet flooring, in addition to leading out onto a charming balcony which overlooks a great part of the older city of Bologna and its surrounding green hills. The day area then proceeds into the separate eat-in kitchen, with wooden cabinets to match the parquet flooring, and fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher and microwave oven.
The sleeping area offers a comfortable and spacious atmosphere with its two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other furnished with two twins.
The two bathrooms offer one a bathtub and the other a stall shower, thereby satisfying all preferences.
Complete with air conditioning and a private parking space, the apartment is ideal for managers and families wishing to visit Bologna at any time of the year.
Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 4,60 per adult, per night. It is applied only on the first 5 nights).

The apartment is located in a very comfortable residential area right outside Porta San Felice, one of the 12 gateways into the medieval Bologna.
Located close to the important hospital Ospedale Maggiore, it is easily reachable by car as well as by all means of public transport.
The street of Via San Felice itself is the old Via Emilia which, going from Piacenza to Rimini, cross the centre of Bologna.
The apartment is ideal for reaching the city centre, the station, the Stadium, the hospital and the airport, as is well served by all means of transport.
