A comfortable apartment that easily accommodates up to 3 people, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. Bright and quiet, it offers views in two directions: the sleeping area overlooks a quiet, traffic-free internal street, while the living area overlooks a public park. Located just a few minutes’ walk from Maggiore Hospital and Via Saffi, and adjacent to Parco del Velodromo, it is also well-connected to Bologna’s historic centre and its points of interest, which can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes.



The 77-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an lift and is laid out as follows:
