Considering the cost this hotel needs a significant upgrade - rooms very tired and lacking in what would be considered basic 5 star hotel amenities - ie. no coffee machine in the room, no wine glasses in room, old towels, stained furnishings.
The staff are good and the hotel is OK but very average for the price. On site restaurants disappointed for value. Wouldn’t be my choice in São Paulo but is the largest conference hotel so often don’t get a choice
